And he is holding unparalleled expertise over 20 years combined in business consultation and management consultation to private sector companies in Sri Lanka.

Buddhika Alwis was a professional banker with 12 years of banking exposure in two reputed License Commercial Banks in Sri Lanka. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Special) degree in Finance from University of Kelaniya and MBA from PIM, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Dananjani Basnayake was the initial director of Ashvida Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd in 2018 and was then appointed as a group director in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Special) degree in Finance from the University of Kelaniya and an MBA from PIM, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Also, she holds CGMA, ACMA from the UK. Ashvida Group of Companies is recognized as a women-led entity in the Sri Lankan context, owing to her direct involvement in the business.
